At Topologie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your urban exploration, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or Topologie retail flagship.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
